Black Sabbath - Iron Man
Buggeration! Just got dusted on ebay again. I'm currently on a shopping expedition for those old Pan and Fontana creepy anthologies and I was after "The Unbidden" by Ronald Chetwynd-Hayes, who wrote a vast amount and edited a vast amount more in this line.
It looks like there are a lot of people just like me, all chasing the same damn things - that is, the books they really loved when they were kids. Which usually had the following names on the front: Peter Haining, Robert Aikman, and, of course, Herbert Van Thal.
This must be the process: obsess, grow out of it, try to grow up, give that up as a bad job, go back to it, obsess. So I'll be after the Sapphire & Steel dvd set as well. Might as well chuck Black Sabbath in there, too.
Oh yes, and the Butthole Surfers back catalogue, which has been re-mastered and released on their own Latino Bugger Veil label.
