This is a version of possibly The Clash's finest of their poppier moments played by a band that are the missing link between My Bloody Valentine and.... well, just My Bloody Valentine to be honest, and seeing as Kevin Shields has been involved in producing these lot I guess this is probably the closest we'll ever get to hearing new MBV material.
This is taken from the "Christmas Song" single which in turn was taken from the stunningly gorgeous American Whip Album.
